The nurses are awesome. But the rest of the staff could care less if you leave and go use. I've seen them try to turn away people for whatever dumb reason they give. As a patient, it's like they don't want you to know your rights. I'm going to come back and post the obudsman phone number. I know it's a local reverend that is supposed to stand up for the clients rights and voice. Horrible facility, they DO NOT want to help. Your better off going ANYWHERE else. The wouldn't help me because (and I quote) "Your not uncomfortable enough for us to help you." And that was after a 2 min video call from some person they said was a doctor, after I had been there for 5 hours. I showed up at 5am they didn't tell me that till 10am after I filled out paper work, 2 piss tests, and several long conversations with the people working in the facility. Iv never been here but from the sounds of it I’m not going to lol so here is a one star for being the poorest rated rehab on the east coast.
