I saw Aksana in South Perth and she is easily the best psychologist/ counselor I have ever seen. Provided a very safe space and was incredibly helpful at very pivotal moments in my life. (I moved overseas otherwise I would still be seeing her) I highly recommend Aksana, but have also heard great things about the other psychologists with connections counselling as well.
I attended the webinar 'Set Yourself Up to Succeed in 2022' which was a life skills-type webinar. It was well run and had great tips for focusing on the year, of being realistic about what to achieve while still raising the bar - again, realistically - for more.
Last Monday I spent the day at a Pause Retreat, run by Connections Counselling. I had been somewhat apprehensive in the lead up, wondering what I would do, “doing nothing” for a whole day, as I am usually constantly on the go. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my day.
