Lisa is amazing. She has helped my son and I greatly with issues that affect us and our ability to communicate. We would both definitely recommend her.
I highly recommend Miss Lisa and her sweet dog Indy! She shows a high level of professionalism giving great advice as well as gently explaining maybe how a situation could have been handled differently. She has guided me through a lot of trauma and just helped me to overcome. She is also teaching me my worth which I'm learning is very hard to do.
Lisa is wonderful! She is up to date on all CBT best practices and guidelines. She is educated and familiar with a wide variety of topics from past trauma to substance use impacts. Highly recommend her!
