Kathy is a fantastic therapist and best one I have in my experience. She has taught me to believe in myself and use healthy coping mechanisms that I use daily. As for the company, they are great. I love how I can text them whenever I need to reschedule or cancel. The option to do remote therapy is the best! I always recommend connection counseling to my friends, family, or anyone who is looking for therapy.
