Finding the right therapist is hard and make the process of even starting therapy feel extremely daunting. I did a lot of research before I found Brandy and I am so thankful I took my time. From the initial scheduling to my current appointments, it has always been a smooth process. She has given me a safe, judgement free space to process my grief and achievable goals to get myself back to more me. I would not be where I am at in my healing process without her expertise, guidance, feedback and support.
I haven't ever felt safer and more heard than I do with Brandy. She is incredible and truly works to create a safe space.
