Rachel and her team are awesome! Day in and day out I see the entire team striving to be better for their clients. I see and hear so many awesome testimonials from their clients about the progress they make, and how great they feel because of the impact CWC makes on their lives.
I recently had the chance to spend time at Connection Wellness in Annandale, and it was such a great experience. Rachel, the owner, is wonderful—she even welcomed our MovementX team to host an event in their beautiful facility. The space is clean, well-equipped, and really welcoming. CWC offers a few different classes I LOVE. This one, the Massage Gun Class, was incredibly helpful in giving me perspective about how to use the MG (safely) and why it works so well. Rachel and Courtney are fantastic instructors and off the charts knowledgable! This was a transformative class!
Great place, Great people, Felt right at home! Definitely not your average gym. Recommend it to anyone looking for a serious change in their lives. The dedication and motivation are highly present in this establishment! I'd rate it 6 stars but google won't let me :(
I am a huge fan of CWC and the entire trainer team. At CWC, I’ve finally learned that exercise can be something I look forward to! I’ve never been very athletic, and I’ve struggled with strength and balance my whole life.
