From my initial consultation with Charlie to where I am now, I couldn't have done it without him. Professional atmosphere. Friendly and supportive staff. Meet you where you are and encourage and motivate you. I work with Dion and he is patient, adapts the workout to meet my needs and supports me in meeting my goals. I always feel better when I leave!!!!
Great place to train. Love my trainer Dionn. He has the patience of a saint.
