Rachel is the absolute best! She is so great with hypermobility issues, does not push too hard, explains everything that's going on and why. I am so much stronger than I was 8 months ago. I'd highly recommend her 1000 percent!

I was experiencing migraines due to a new medication I was trying that then put me in a cycle of tension headaches because of the pain. I had tried chiropractors, massage therapists, and multiple medications to address the pain and nothing had helped. With her skills and knowledge, Rachel was able to help my body reset itself and break the cycle of pain. When nobody else could, she was able to finally give me some relief from the chronic, debilitating pain.
I literally leave my appointments with less pain than I had when I went in! Dr. Rachel has an exceptional understanding of hypermobility and its related comorbidities. She takes a highly individualized approach to her work, and I always feel that my concerns are heard and my needs are addressed holistically.
