Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. After the first assessment, there were ongoing technical issues with their system, and it took months to get a response. I expected better communication and quicker resolution for the price I paid. Would not recommend based on my experience.
So apprecative of the team at Connecting OT. They have worked with my son, for the past few years and despite seeing clients individually, they genuinely work as a team. They clearly help their clients/families set goals and achieve them! They are flexible in their appraoch, caring and their holiday program is also sensational! Well done to Kate and all her team!
