Absolutely one of the most useless organizations in all of Fairmont WV! They direct you in the direction of other organizations. Like a useless middle person. They have you sign into their sign in sheet. Then don't help you at all. But use your name to act as if they did anything! They should be closed down.

Absolutely not helpful what so ever! I took my elderly friend there to sign up for Blessings in the Basement. He had a paper filled out by the apartment building manager where he is moving to. And the workers at connecting links today. Completely refused him any assistance. Told him he had to have his lease signed. But then they wouldn’t know as to how long a 64 year old man who is disabled. He suffers from breathing issues and a serve seizure disorder. I want to thank Lois for helping me find very helpful resources in my path to recovery. She is by far one of the most helpful people I've ever met, and I am forever thankful she was there by my side throughout my recovery. Everyone in the agency seemed super nice and very friendly, 5 stars!
