Absolutely not helpful what so ever! I took my elderly friend there to sign up for Blessings in the Basement. He had a paper filled out by the apartment building manager where he is moving to. And the workers at connecting links today. Completely refused him any assistance. Told him he had to have his lease signed. But then they wouldn’t know as to how long a 64 year old man who is disabled. He suffers from breathing issues and a serve seizure disorder. Lady named Lois is rude and snappy and treats you like dirt for seeking some assistance. Basically insults you for not having a perfect life.
