I want to thank Lois for helping me find very helpful resources in my path to recovery. She is by far one of the most helpful people I've ever met, and I am forever thankful she was there by my side throughout my recovery. Everyone in the agency seemed super nice and very friendly, 5 stars!
Lady named Lois is rude and snappy and treats you like dirt for seeking some assistance. Basically insults you for not having a perfect life.
I came to this place in need of help, just a little and one of lady is refusing to help me. I just need a little help with my first months rent and now they won’t help at all, they told me they would get back to me this week, I called in today to ask them question about when I would be receiving help or if I am getting help. The lady then just hang up on me. I did everything they asked but went to DHHR got the referral everything they said I needed and now they won’t help at all.
