First, I don’t write reviews unless the service was really good or really poor. The service I received at CYP was excellent and the selection of trikes was amazing. My wife is only 5 feet tall, meaning testing any trike means substituting a shorter boom and adjusting the chain. Even so, Jordan encouraged her to test several trikes to make sure she got one she’d be happy with. He was always pleasant, patient, and courteous. We ended up with an excellent trike.
