The doctor has excellent bed side manners and the office staff polite and friendly. Dr had good knowledge and offered great feedback. Thank you for ur service
dr. ferlan is so rude. don’t go here. they don’t do their job. i made an appt for a specific iud and was told it would be transferred to the office for me since they don’t offer that one at this office (which is very inconvenient). TWICE they have canceled my appointment because they did not have the right one. i have been hung up on in the middle of talking. overall terrible experience.
