Worked so hard to get their help for my veteran mom. Was trying everything. Instead of explaining they had started the process and were working on my case, closed it without even discussing a huge Communication was horrible. After pleading with them to please help. Are now refusing to respond. This has caused me to seek other representation which has delayed the process another 3 months for much needed benefits.
