●I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Connecticut Valley Orthopedics. Dr. Muller, some of the records department staff, and some of the Springfield hospital management MISTREATED ME VERY BADLY. ● I was LIED TO several times, by Dr. Muller and management. ●Doors were left open, violating my privacy rights, Dr. Muller would NOT go over (explain) my xrays, ultrasound, and MRI imaging with me. ●Dr. MULLER LIED in my medical records and they are legal documents. ●Paperwork for my medical records release was filled out wrong, by management.●... read more
Dr Muller is an amazing surgeon . The entire staff has been great ! I recently had knee replacement surgery . Dr Muller went over every detail so I felt informed and confident going into it. My follow up care with Cassie and Tim has been great , I so appreciate each one of them . Four weeks out and my results are far better than I had hoped! I cannot thank the staff enough. I highly recommend Connecticut valley orthopedics
Muller, some of the records department staff, and some of the hospital management treated me very badly. I was lied to several times, by Muller and management. Doors were left open, violating my privacy rights, Muller would not go over my xrays, ultrasound, and MRI with me. Muller lied in my records and they are legal documents. Paperwork for my records release was filled out wrong by management. Can't say enough about how compassionate and qualified the staff and providers are at CVOSM. Dr Muller performed a rotator cuff repair on my husband years ago and he is still doing fantastic. (Tim saw him post op and his service was great). Dr. Muller and Cassie have been taking care of my 83 year old father. Had surgery by Dr Muller and follow ups with Cassie -Such great care all around. Thank you so much !
