In the last few years of my dad's life, after having a stroke years before, and he was running out of money, this credit union singlehandedly obstructing me being able to get public assistance and get a caretaker for him. I will never forgive them for that. The suffering they caused my family is unspeakable. For some tiny bank account and enormous fronting about coming in person or mailing power of attorney, I had to give up and focus on his caretaking and watch him get disqualified from getting medicaid assistance. If I could give this business zero stars I would. On October 21, 2024, I went to the branch located on 84 Wadsworth Street in Hartford, CT. to make a payment on my loan. I had just gotten back from vacation and I either misplaced or lost my ID, passport and credit cards. I went into the branch and asked if I could PAY my loan and I would be able to provide them with any information they need to verify I am me.
