Called Tim and Tre first thing on the morning to address a serious blockage issue in our pipes. They said they could be there later that same morning. They cleared the blockage, then went the extra mile and made sure the rest of the pipe from the basement out to the sewer line were clear. All while clearly explaining what they were doing and being two of the nicest, most courteous gentlemen you could ever hope to work with. I'll tell you flat out. It's not cheap. But for the quality of work they do, it's a bargain.

I am well pleased and satisfied by CT Sewer Rooter and Drain cleaning Plumbing Services. The work was done immediately and professionally with great care of our property and the area worked on. They were knowledgeable and understood the problem at hand . They answered the phone promptly and listened to my concerns and explanation. Tim and his son Tre were a great help to us! They are honest and have integrity. We highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company. Tim and Tre quickly and successfully cleared a badly-clogged culvert pipe with their hydrojet machine. They were courteous and professional, and I will certainly call them again when needed.

Highly recomend. Called on Sunday afternoon and Tim, company owner, came out in about one hour. We had a clogged sewer line between the house and street sewer line which was backing up onto the basement floor from the dehumidifier and washing machine drains. Tim used an electric powered snake which bore through a large stubborn root entanglement evident at the end of the snake when retrieved. I called at 8:00 AM with a septic emergency, and Tim and his son Tray were at my house by 9:00 AM. They were professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. They explained everything clearly and handled the situation quickly. In a stressful moment, they were calm and reliable. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and integrity. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic or sewer service.
