I actually went to the one in Springfield/ long meadow , MA . I lost 9 lb in 6 weeks ( thats why 2 stars) than it just stopped- no one reached out or gave me support after I gave up like they said they would- Its all automated in an app - In fact, I bet after I paid ( a lot ! ) they didn’t think about me again. No one said- Hey what’s going on how can we help? I thought that’s what I was paying for . Not an email with recipes and an app to give me generic automated instructions.
