I visited the Trumbull office last Friday for an emergency visit. The office was PACKED! Lots of emergencies...BUT! I have to say EVERY EMPLOYEE was so very patient, pleasant, friendly and helpful!!! Such a great staff. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Same with the Hamden office!! Thank you for your stellar workforce!!!

Dropped my fiance off for a 3:50 appointment at 3:40 (because they told her to come in 10 minutes early) that they said last week would take 15 minutes. So I planned to wait in the car for the appointment as we live 15 minutes away, we waited for over an hour and the front desk workers were incredibly rude and unhelpful, go anywhere else if you can.
