I was very excited to rent a dance floor for a wedding here but was later told a tent must also be rented here in order to do that, even though we have a tent already from a different rental. So fyi...dance floors only available with their tents.
We booked a tent for our wedding through CT Rental Center and had a fabulous experience. Their team is so responsive and helpful. The tent was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Wonderful to work with!
Extremely rude woman on the phone. I called to ask if they had a product, she directed me to the website. I called back after not being able to find the information she insisted was there (rudely). I stated exactly what i was looking for and specified I wanted an electric unit however a sterno unit was invoiced which raised a red flag. Cancellation was met with even more rudeness, dont waste your time.
Appreciated dropping & returning equipment left an item in my personal vehicle by accident merely stated to bring back after a scheduled Dr. appointment....
Great employee's! Great communication, friendly and helpful! Thank you Yaira, Nancy and everyone who helped! Rented lawn games for a school event! Enjoyed by all!
