Please don't go here. All of the good reviews are either for a doctor that is no longer with the practice or are for Imevbore but are several years old. The experience the old review describe is wildly different than what it is today. Also it is one singular physician, not "specialists". First off, they scheduled me for two appointments on the same day without explanation. I thought it was mistake and tried to call but it's pretty hard to get through to someone. Plan on taking a whole day off to see them. Everytime I come in I wait over an hour past my appointment to be let in then another 30 min in the room before the doctor actually comes in. Plus you gotta pay to park in there lot. They can care less about the patients time here.
I wish I could write 1000 negative reviews!! No one ever answers the phone, doctors don’t seem to care, have to pay to park. Getting a prescription refilled is literally impossible! I’m on a medication to keep me awake while driving and even though I’m out they don’t seem to care at all. I bet they would care if I fell asleep behind the wheel and injured myself or my kids and sued!!! Actually I doubt they’d care even then!
Sleep study room was like the a 5 star Hilton Holtel. It was nice and cozy.
I am not pleased with the timing of appointments. I brought my mother 3 times to this office and it is clearly evident of overlooking with patients. The first time took us an 1 1/2 hours before seeing the doctor. The second time we waited 2 hours to see the doctor for 10 mins. The third time we left after an hour. Either this doctor has no regard for people's time or there is overlooking of appointments or a Dr shortage in this area some major improvements need to be in place.
