I had an excellent experience with Connecticut Pulmonary Specialists PC. The service was truly top tier, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Cristina, the office manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure patients get appointments at times that work best for them. Her dedication and care really stood out. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding care!
Always considerate, compassionate and patient. Answers my questions understandably. He's genuinely a really nice guy, I don't mind having to go my appointments.
The absolute worst! Though the doctor is nice he needs to work on his professionalism as it relates to time and being respectful of working people’s time. My appointment was scheduled for today at 4:15 it’s 5:06 and I’m still waiting and his receptionist tells me I could potentially waiting 30 another mins or more! His staff are leaving for the day and we are still waiting on him! I love to give my people a chance but it’s always this! Moving on cp time when people have worked 16 hours is egregious!
