I asked them when I was calling different offices if my insurance covers the procedure. They told me I have to pay only $220 out of pocket. A few days before the surgery, they said insurance doesn’t cover and I cannot cancel my appointment because it’s too close to the surgery. I paid ~$1000 in check! Now they mailed another bill for consultation. They should be clear about the costs when customers ask them, this is disappointing! I would avoid this office
