My son called on my behalf just now and the answering service operator that answered was very rude to him. Her bedside manner needs to be worked on if she wants to keep on talking to patients that are in pain. Thats just plain unacceptable. Very unprofessional and i will be calling back on Monday to leave a complaint.
Dr. Bolbool is the best doctor I've ever had. I am opiate-free since 2018 thanks to a procedure he did. I highly recommend him. I am so grateful!
