What a great experience it was to deal with this company, particularly Geoff. I called as a spring broke on my garage door trapping my car inside. As I am in sales my car is critical to my job. Geoff told me he could get to me same day although later in the day and would be able to atleast get my car out. I was able to use another vehicle so that was fine. At 5:30 that evening I hadn't heard from him and thought I would have to find another source. He called at 6 and said he was headed my way. He worked not only on the broke... read more

I had an outstanding experience with this company and in particular with Geoff M*****. My garage door spring snapped this morning, the day before Thanksgiving, with company coming and figured there would be no way I would have it repaired until next week. I called Connecticut overhead door company of Durham on a whim just a couple of hours prior and geoff answered the phone and said he would be able to fit me in at the end of the day.
