The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kent took the time to explain things and the options for my care. I felt that I was truly valued as a patient and as an important part of the decision making process. I wasn't talked down to and my visit was not rushed.
Kristen and her team are experienced and well trained. They are energetic physiotherapists and friendly environment. PT sessions are well taken care.
One on one, and knowledgeable staff are paramount. The therapists listen and help you work through your injuries.
