Patient care is not their bottom line. The doctor's seemingly book back-to-back surgeries without blocking out the time to order necessary prescriptions for post-op care. Getting a live person on the phone is almost impossible. The lack of follow-up care, only proves further that the patient is not the priority but what they can bill for is. It's disappointing.

They’ll charge you $1800 for an MRI of one area, talk about the results in vague details without showing the image itself, and then rob you $20 to burn the disc so that you can show the other ortho specialist they referred you to but also not send the referral

Staff is very unprofessional, I felt like I was in a gym instead of a medical establishment. However, the doctor, was very good excellent bedside manners, and explained the entire procedure well. And I was very pleased, and trusted him through the whole procedure.. but the staff needs , more training in: customer services, HIPPA laws, sanitation, just to name a few things. But I can write so many more. Staff on a whole was horrible the Dr should leave and open his own practice, he was great.

Went for neck pain that would extend into my shoulder was told i’m fine and it’s a strain. Went to a different ortho and was told my collar bone is sticking out on my painful side and that it’s dislocated… even if there is nothing to do for this, I was truly disappointed i wasn’t even evaluated better at ct ortho to find this. waste of money
