I have spent an entire day only to request the 'reference number' of the MRI Order which is 'allegedly' sent by them to the Insurance company, clearly the office multiple times refused to disclose necessary medical information.
Came for a shoulder MRI and what a phenomenal experience! I have asthma with lots of coughing and claustrophobia. The Radiology Technician Daemon was extraordinary. He was kind and caring and completely attuned to my issues. The MRI was completed only because of Daemons professionalism and expertise. I will call his Supervisor in Hamden to praise him. Having a 30 minute MRI when you are still having headaches from a traumatic car accident is not fun. Really not sure I would have been able to do the whole thing if it werent for Damon.
