I met Dr Erik Sayles of this practice for a consultation and found him to be arrogant, condescending and argumentative. He spoke down to me and disagreed with me when I reported certain facts of my medical condition. He said he would only use novocaine for a molar extraction despite the fact that I expressed nervousness and anxiety over the procedure. Just tried to schedule an appointment for my son and the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the wait time on hold was very long. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
