They made me wait over an HOUR to be seen and have the audacity to charge me $70 if I show up and don't want to wait that long. They say it's good business because it gives them enough time for the Dr to take their time with each patient but if this is the case learn how to schedule properly! I've has ER visits that saw me in a shorter amount of time.
This office is very unprofessional. My daughter who is 8 months pregnant was made to wait over an hour and a half to be seen, as to they took another patient in a head of her, when questioned they claimed that patient had an appoint first, how's that when said patient came in a half hour after her appointment.
