I called on CT Mold to assess the moldy/musty odor emanating in my home. They arrived in a professional manner and after a thorough investigation determined that there weren't any mold issues, but humidity was the culprit. They gave me recommendations to control the humidity issues and saved us what could've been a very costly diagnosis!
Rufino is absolutely amazing, I can't recommend him enough. He was thorough and informative as we walked through the entire home and made reasonable, cost-effective suggestions for bringing down the humidity in my home.
Rufino was wonderful. He helped me come up with practical ways to address issues in my home and provided a warm yet educational assessment of several issues I had been concerned about. He was personable and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
