Highly recommended for anyone seeking a thoughtful and efficient approach to home construction.
Very poor customer service. Sent in a questionnaire on their website for an inquiry for a home and never bothered answering back. You kind of wonder if this is the attention you get, think about what kind of product you will get.
Had a slow start but once we got going wow! We are so glad we went with Kai and the NEM team. They will give you a personal build with attention to detail. You are not a number with them. We can't say enough about our new house and so glad we did our build them. I never knew how building has actually changed yet so many seem to still doing it the old way which does not work with today's building materials.
