I don’t know how to express my gratitude. My dog is still alive (with excellent quality of life) almost 2 years after being told to euthanize him, and being treated poorly at 2 other vets. Dr. Nock took us on for what we thought was palliative care, but is stuck with us because she’s too good at her job. She, and the staff, listen.
My dog is a giant breed and elder,having mobility issues,and pain. The entire staff was very kind,empathetic, professional with me,I was the nervous wreck...the Dr was very gentle with my best friends old joints, and painful areas on his spine.She came up with a maintenance plan, and a diet goal ...that I can afford, she is confident will give him another 3 years of comfortable living...She shoots from the hip,not worrying about my feelings,because its what is best for my best friend...Not a corporate Vetranarian, and I Trul... read more
