Great experience with this company. From start to finish they were professional, honest and attentive to details. Communication was fluent. We were always kept informed and any questions or changes were handled thoughtfully. The quality of work and materials is excellent and everything was delivered as planned. We found the design to be perfect for our needs and space. John and Linda were extremely helpful and patient walking us through a process that was completely unique to us. Their assistance in choosing materials and decision making were particularly helpful. The end result and workmanship exceeded our highest expectations.

After John remodeled our kitchen I hired him for a bath remodel. It was the smallest bathroom in the universe, 90% filled by a hulking fiberglass tub/shower combo, and a pedestal sink without enough counter space for a bar of soap. Add to that no proper shower drainage in a post-and-beam house structure! It was a complex job. I saved significantly by doing the demo myself, and John's work crew were the absolute best through to the end of the job. We used CT Kitchen & Bath Studio design services for a new kitchen remodel as well as updating adjoining hallways and a 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was completely new with a large bay window addition, a rearranged layout, added appliances and features, all in the existing floor space. The kitchen came out great. John (Designer) is very experienced, professional, and pays strict attention to the details. I did my kitchen through CT kitchen & bath a few years ago and the whole process was horrible. The owner was incredibly rude, dismissive and didn’t explain or go over any of the details that he should have discussed with us. There was literally no mention of door styles, crown, or interior cabinet accessories. His wife however was sweet as can be and totally welcoming.
