Absolutely horrible. Always understaffed, you have to wait a year for an appointment. They changed my appointment time without my consent and did not inform me and I had to reschedule. They said it was because the doctor was not going to be in but they failed to inform me. They couldn’t get me in for another year.
I HATE this place but my Dr. for many years had her office moved here. This office was made more for people who live downtown. The hell with those of us who have to drive down those damn streets!! Traffic is full of crazy, stupid drivers!! The waiting room is too small and stuffy! Nice place to pick up germs!! Parking lot needs to be tarred! Freaking gravel are you kidding me?!!
