Owner and employee Troy Casey misdiagnosed an issue which is ok. But he refused to issue a receipt and has stole a large downpayment i put towards a new thermostat. He has been ignoring calls and correspondence. Below one star of service i highly do not recommend.

6/20/25 Troy came out to diagnose my ac that had stopped working. He was here for an hr or so at $195 an hr. In the end he said we needed a wireless thermostat. He said the cost would be 1200 but he would give it to us for $1000. Originally when he was talking to my landlord he said $300 up front. Then said we would need to put $700 up for him to order when we we went to go ring out. My husband questioned him and he said he would not lie to us he said $700. Troy is the man! Came out and saved us on the same day I called! Inside our house was in the mid 90's. He is the only HVAC guy out of about 20 called that actually came through. Our hero!

Our boiler got clogged with soot and stopped working. We called Troy on a Saturday and he was able to help us out. He was very informative while working on the boiler and got us up and running in just a couple of hours. All with a great attitude. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
