The customer service is horrible . Not very compassionate or pleasant people who work here. As i can to get information on a loan is like their annoyed . Also just to make payments here is a hassle . In this day and age i don’t understand why there isn’t more options then sending in checks and money orders.

This is a scam, I was just watching a show with someone talking about this and they got a grant for over $150 million to support this. So tell me why do people then have to go through different lenders for the funding? Seems like they are pocketing the money to me

I purchased my home 3 years ago and bought with CHFA's Down payment assistance program they assisted me with the down payment and closing cost because I didn't want to use all of my savings, the house we were buying needed some updating, but needless to say, the whole experience was not only seamless but as a housing counselor who works with assisting potential home buyers with the process, buying a home myself was still a worry-some process.
