Pricey and the customer service here sucks. Bought an expensive leather chair with a defective mechanism - the chair doesn't close properly. After multiple calls to the store, a squirt of WD 40 and contacting the manufacturer - the problem remains unresolved. The manufacturer is willing to replace the defective mechanism, however the store won't cooperate. Shop elsewhere!
