I had two recent visit to the Connecticut Heart group in Branford CT and both times I was seen by Kristen and not only did she ease my mind about my heart she was is the coolest Doctor ever as she is very down to earth very professional and humor as well.I thought a positive review was well deserved as many people are quick to leave negative reviews wow not take the time with positive ones as well when you have a good experience. Thank You Kristen.

The office staff is very unprofessional and down right rude when calling to ask a question. Never will we go back to this office.

I'm giving a 1 star not because Dr. Kapoor is a poor doctor but because some of the staff is poor (some of them pretty unfriendly also). I had a sleep study done through Michelle at the Branford office and she never updated my new insurance in their system, so they ended up billing my old insurance and obviously, it was denied. Once I received the bill from CT Heart Group and realized the mistake, I sent in a copy of my new insurance card (front and back) with a note of explanation.
