After you diagnosed me with Chrons and Ulcerative Colitis I requested pain medication for the terrible pain I was having. You refused and said to have my PCP order it. Recently I requested a letter from you which the state requires to qualify for a medical marijuana card, again you refused. Please tell me why you refused me any relief from this pain. You refused to treat what you diagnosed. Why?. At 81 years you have ensured my suffering.with no relief. What about the Hypocratic Oath?
