I have been here for two different procedures and both times the staff were on another level. They were very kind and informative. The doctor was very knowledgeable and came to see me after the procedure to talk to me and see how i was doing. which made me feel very special and in good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a colonoscopy or upper GI. Great facility.
I don’t know how CTGI manages to find the friendliest and most attentive staff, but they do. They are incredibly skilled at keeping a calm and welcoming environment, and making each patient feel like they matter. I’d say I had a wonderful time there, but is a colonoscopy really that wonderful?
The facility and patient rooms are clean and nice, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend it.
