Had a referral for gastroenterology and scheduled an appointment for several months out (earliest available, I understand wait times for specialists). I had also gotten both a call and text prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment, no issues with confirming. Dr Li is fantastic... unfortunately the office staff is less . Receptionist are often indifferent at best .. It bothers me that businesses don't understand the importance of a good front office staff
So professional and caring and kind my wife goes here and she is always smiling and in good spirits when she leaves there.
Dr Canavan is amazing and so caring! Love the practice. They always go above and beyond.
