This clinic and its practitioners need firing and replacing. They do not care about their patients, take forever to respond, do not give “here is the plan” for people with chronic serious conditions. I would strongly advise not using this specific CT GI office. There are other CT GI locations as well as other companies outside of Hartford healthcare (which is also a horrible network I would not recommend)
Had a referral for gastroenterology and scheduled an appointment for several months out (earliest available, I understand wait times for specialists). I had also gotten both a call and text prior to my appointment to confirm my appointment, no issues with confirming. This morning, THE DAY OF MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, I get a call informing me that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor does not treat patients for the reason I was referred for. Dr Li is fantastic... unfortunately the office staff is less . Receptionist are often indifferent at best .. It bothers me that businesses don't understand the importance of a good front office staff
