The staff was pleasant, and my appointment started on time, which I appreciated. However, I did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the exam room. While waiting for the PA, I noticed ant and mouse bait stations on the floor, along with dead bugs and a buildup of dust behind the door and near the chair. The amount of bugs and dust suggests that those areas hadn't been cleaned in a while.
