I called yesterday because I was trying to schedule a follow up appointment, as I was currently experiencing discomfort and wanted to be seen, as it was challenging to describe and be treated when I came for initial consult. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me an appointment over a month out. helpful office staff but Dr. Tonya Hall is a very rude and dismissive provider. Talks down to patients. Overly pushy about certain medicine samples to an extent where I assume she gets some sort of kick-back. complains to patient about having to give PA on drugs. does not seem compassionate to patient care not does she deliver good care.
Worst patient comms in the history of the world. Shameful just shameful
Best GI doctor I have found yet. He has diagnosed problems everyone else missed. I'm grateful for finding Dr Alexandre.
