I'll start by saying that the installation of hardwood and refinishing work that was performed came out great, however there were some issues that occurred. First, the contract noted that touch ups were to be expected around trim but that there should be no marks on walls or doors. We had Connecticut Flóoring install 1,000 ft of Hickory they used a water base finish called Bona Traffic. The job came out great and with the water base we didn’t even have to leave the house . The crew was very professional would recommend these guys highly .
I had a great experience with Connecticut Flooring. Brian and team were very professional, easy to work with, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The service was incredibly fast, and the repairs to my floor turned out even better than I expected. On top of that the cost was very reasonable.
