If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this shop on a Saturday afternoon and it was very crowded. The shop says first come first served, however, after waiting 30 plus minutes, when a barber was finally free, he took a customer who had come in after me because they were buddies. As soon as another barber became available he took a young kid who also came in long after me. So I guess first come first served until their buddies come in, then you're out. I will never set foot in there again!
It was amazing!even better than Torrington barbers!
6 stars. I traverse the entire state of Connecticut because these guys know what they’re doing and I haven’t met anyone who’s ever beat them in their pricing and their quality and attention to detail.
