The technician I saw was very nice and knowledgeable at my eye appointment. Dr.Albergos I'm sure is a brilliant doctor but his communication and rushed exam was not the best experience I have ever had. I waited 20 + minutes with the dilation drops in my eyes before he came in to do my exam. He wanted to confirm the results of my eye exam that the technician had done prior to the dilation. AWFUL Customer Service! Receptionist was absolutely terrible. I'm a patient and was just trying to schedule an appointment and she kept me on the phone for 5 minutes while she looked at the doctor's schedule and then asked if two months out was too long. I said something sooner would be better if available and she asked me to hold while she checked something. 10 minutes later comes back on and asked how she could help me. I will update this review after my first visit tomorrow. But for now, I want to say that the receptionist I spoke with at the Farmington location was extremely kind and efficient, and clearly knows her stuff — I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name, as I was in a bit of a panic (I called the number of my retired ophthalmologist in hopes someone had set up shop there — they had!
