It calls itself a "community" bank, but in the three years that I've banked at their Norwalk branch I've been terribly disappointed. The people who work on the bank floor--tellers, managers, etc--are delightful and kind, but the people "upstairs," who never show their faces and choose to speak only through their minions on the first floor, can be downright awful. Decent bank, acceptable hours.
SAD THAT ON THANKSGIVING I HAD A CHECK TOO CHANGE AND I WAS BROKE CUZ THEY WAS CLOSE INSTEAD OF OPENING DURING THE DAY AND AFTER 3 PM THEY COULD OF CLOSE SMH
