I do not recommend this place to anyone. At first I was wrongfully diagnosed with subchorionic hematoma and put on unnecessary aspirin in my first trimester which has negative side effects for me and my baby. Then I was trying to receive a medical document for a notary service at a consulate for an approximate 3 weeks and every time had problems with it. I like going to the New Haven location for the convenience but I am not feeling the newer receptionist with braids. She does not listen to my preferences. I ask for a certain midwife or Dr. and she does the opposite and schedules me with someone else I did not ask for. She has done that before. I want what I want and she does not respect that! I recently saw Christine Meche in the New Haven office and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Her knowledge and reassuring approach made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit, in a way that I haven’t felt in a long time!
Worst practice ever . The doctors especially Doctor Boubert are rude and brutal . They’ll try to instill fear in you with false informations and they’re borderline bullies trying to coerce you into things you don’t want to do . Very bad practice , lack of tact and knowledge . Awful don’t go there
From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor everyone was kind, compassionate and very thorough. This was my first visit on a referral and I couldn’t be more pleased to have found a great practice and doctor in Dr. Cookson!
