Can't say enough about this company! Showed up to open a unit so the work could get done for my brother. Dropped key and it fell in an opening before the door.! James(The owner) shows up and I explained what had happened. He saw that I was stressed. And said don't worry we will get your key. He called his two man dynamic due to help and these 2 never gave up. Magnets string and finally we able to see the key and wala! They were able to grab the key! I recently purchased a home in Middletown built in 1929. Apparently, the chimney had NEVER been cleaned, there was a ton of black crumbs and soot just spilling out at the bottom. Curt and Jim deftly cleaned all that up, left no mess at all, were timely and reasonably priced. Jim knows a lot about anything chimney and heating systems etc. Also, as a bonus, I also found the both of them intelligent & quite interesting to talk to!. Thanks guys!!! Rose J
