While the doctor seemed knowledgeable, this facility seems to exist to pile on unnecessary tests, visits, and treatments to overbill insurance companies and leave the patient with the remainder. My child was referred for additional treatments for a condition he does not have, and that were not covered by insurance. As noted by another reviewer, my child was asked to do a PFT, which he could not complete, and the nurse acknowledged that most children are unable to finish it. Leaving my review low for now. I will admit that I was not easy to deal with today. First you need your ID to prove who you are. Who else is going to be bringing their child to the Dr? Especially to see a specialist. Just say you need the DL number for billing purposes. If you do not have your ID they WILL ABSOLUTELY turn you away, even though they already have your insurance information on file.While I was at the front desk there was a woman asking for a release so her child could switch to different doctors. My 3 year old hurts his arm ,I took him to his doctor and he referral him to this office ,he even called them to ask if they were able to see my son and the doctor told me to go that they are able to help my son. It took me 3 minutes from the location I was to there location and upon arrival the front desk person told me that they wouldn’t be able to see him I asked why?
