Copied the text: I had to take my iud out because it was out of place. She then recommended a different one to insert. Immediately after she inserted it and I got dressed she said my uterus is probably too small and that my only options were to remove it right then and there, or get an ultrasound to see if maybe it could work. I wish I could give a better review. This was my second birth center birth (the first was at another clinic in another state). This experience was problematic at so many stages. This clinic is much more conventional medicine feeling, which I wasn't expecting, nor desiring. Despite being a healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy, I was made anxious and recommended (strongly) unnecessary and costly additional testing at times. But my biggest frustration is the billing. I just started my FIRST pregnancy experience here and so far it has been atrocious!!! The woman, Sue- who answers the phone has had an attitude with me since my first call. The place has been dismissive of my concerns and questions regarding my health during the pregnancy thus far. I have done 7 different stick pregnancy test that all tested positive before I went.
