Really bad experience. This was my first pregnancy and I called them several times during their working hours and they didn’t respond. Finally I got through to them, booked an apt and started to spot a few weeks later. I called them and didn’t receive a response for a couple of days and the spotting had stopped so I didn’t think much of it. I am extremely grateful for the care I’ve received at the CT Childbirth & Women’s Center. Most providers are compassionate, knowledgeable, and always take the time to listen and answer my questions. They made me feel supported, respected, and confident throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend them (especially Jess)!
Kayla Britz, CNM was an amazing provider. She was very patient with explaining everything to me; she answered all the questions I had. I have been going to this practice for the past 4 years and I have received great care from all providers.
